6pm: We'll be talking with local progressive writer Savannah Blackwell about her recent piece on the Battle for Board President, the upcoming special election, the Bay Guardian and the death of newspapers, what happens to the class of 2000 Supervisors after they leave the Board, law school, and random SF political gossip!

1/16: Budget, Bikes, and the Inauguration

1. The Coalition to Save Public Health
Bob from the coalition talked with us about the San Francisco Budget Crisis, and what you can do to help:
- Call the Mayor and your Supervisor (311) and ask them to support the "budget de-appropriation" and the June Special Election.

2. Market and Octavia Bike Lane - We talked about the Bike Coalition's rally to save the bike lane at Market and Octavia.

3. Julian Davis and Heather Box joined us to talk about the Obama inauguration, and the need to keep working after Obama is president to keep him on the right path.

6 - 7 PM: Alex Clemens from sfusualsuspects.com and political consultant John Dunbar will discuss about yesterday's vote for the new President of the Board and what 2009 has in store for San Francisco.
7 - 8 PM: A discussion about the shooting of Oscar Grant, BART Police oversight, and the recent protests in Oakland. Our guests including Tom Radulovich, San Francisco representative on the BART Board and several members of the League of Pissed Off Voters.

12/12: Leah Shahum and Eric Mar

Tonight's guests:
6 - 7 PM: Leah Shahum, Executive Director of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. We'll be talking about the state of biking in San Francisco, including the long awaited, recently completed Environmental Impact Report on the SF bike plan.
7 - 8 PM: Eric Mar, Supervisor-elect for San Francisco's 1st District, representing the Richmond. We'll talk to Eric about his plans for the Richmond as well as citywide issues. Eric's daughter, Jade, will also be joining us, which is sure to push the cuteness factor off the charts.
